[jira] [Created] (TS-911) Remove lock in HTTP accept continuation (and cleanup)

Remove lock in HTTP accept continuation (and cleanup)
-----------------------------------------------------

                 Key: TS-911
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TS-911
             Project: Traffic Server
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: HTTP
            Reporter: Leif Hedstrom

I think there's an unnecessary lock in the HTTP accept continuation. I've tested it fairly well, but I need at least 1 or 2 reviews here to make sure that I'm not missing some case where the lock is actually necessary.
