Added a queue argument to the checkPreconditions method. When using an unidentified sender, it checks the queue passed in to the method, otherwise uses the queue which was passed at sender creation

> It is valid for a QueueSender to be created with a null queue. In this case the send method must always be called with a valid queue, and not via one of the API methods which does not take a Queue argument. Currently QueueSenderAdapter checks only the member variable _queue, and does not take into account the passed argument, when vaildating if the queue is non-null.
