subdirectories
under 1.3.20 I can't access my subdirectories, what do I need to set so I
can view http://64.192.99.49/images/

Check httpd.conf for DocumentRoot.
ie
DocumentRoot /webserver/
In your filsystem: /webserver/home/
http://64.192.99.49/home/index.html
To my knowledge, this should be sufficent.
