   I agree that we should not keep two APIs if they do exactly the same. Let's phase out the one as you suggested @nvazquez . But let's make sure the other implements all functionality. BTW I like the other name better; `scaleVirtualMachine` but maybe we should abandon both and come up with an even better name.
