EHCacheTokenStore is not unregistered from the 
BusLifeCycleManager on close, causing it to never be collected by the GC. In our use case [Oxalis|[https://github.com/OxalisCommunity/oxalis-ng]], this causes a memory leak as an instance is created for every request. We're seeing linear increase in memory with requests on production.
 
Proposed fix: Unregister from the BusLifeCycleManager in close()
