   PageSpeed doesn't optimize video itself. I'm not certain but you might be
   able to get it to proxy and cache-extend a video file using
   https://www.modpagespeed.com/doc/domains#url-valued-attributes .
   
   However, I'm not sure I would recommend that, even if it works. PageSpeed
   is not optimized for video delivery, and if the videos are long I think the
   performance may be poor.
   
   If the videos are relatively small, say less than a megabyte, it might be
   worth a shot.
