Oozie >< OpenTSDB

Hello,

Was about to try and write a OpenTsdb tcollector for oozie workflows. A
very simple basic reporter that queries state from Oozie (mysql or REST)
and reports workflow state like start time, finish time and status tagged
by job name. But then realised this must be something others have wanted.
Anyone already worked on this or used something off the shelf?

Cheers,
-Gautam.

 Gautam,

Oozie have instrumental logs which expose real time metrics
to graphite/Ganglia. It has been recently introduced by OOZIE-2251
<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OOZIE-2251> .
Though It would not satisfy your need. Still It is very useful to collect
important metrics about oozie.
