Board report

I missed the report since Jan to March, and I want to send a report
covering th whole 2006, now or before the one due in Jun.

I have some notes, and I'll publish a draft here soon, but please
highlight anything going on that I can be unaware of in all of portals
(pluto, wsrp4j, jetspeed, bridges, etc.).

I hope the report will cover since last ApacheCON till the new ApacheCON
Eu, end of June.
