I create a new project using the {{create}} command. I {{cd}} into the project and run {{./cordova/emulate}}. I get this prompt:
{{Project '/Users/fil/src/test/platforms/ios/cordova/../build/Hello_Cordova.app' is not built. Build? [y/n]:}}
Can we just remove this and build it right away instead of waiting for interactive input? Replying {{n}} just exits. Seems pretty useless.

Furthermore, I just tried this and it builds and quits without running the emulator. Regardless of prompt it should emulate after the build completes successfully.

Made it build without asking, and made it not exit after building.
