[jira] [Resolved] (TOMEE-1810) Default context should be '/' or ROOT if --context is not specified for embedded tomee

Romain Manni-Bucau resolved TOMEE-1810.
---------------------------------------
       Resolution: Won't Fix
         Assignee: Romain Manni-Bucau
    Fix Version/s: 7.0.2

Status on this issue is:

- if you deploy a classpath then it is the default behavior
- if you deploy a war then default behavior is to use - as in tomcat - the war name as context name. Cause we already got releases with that behavior and this choice was due to tomcat alignment and support of multiple context we can't really change it without introducing regressions or inconsistency but due to previous point which is the most common use case I think it is not a big deal in practise.
