### What's Wrong?
MySQL[(none)]>select cast(1.123 as decimal(4,1))=1.1;
0
row in set(0.01 sec)
MySQL[(none)]>select cast(1.123 as decimal(4,1));
1.1
row in set(0.82 sec)
### What You Expected?
select cast(1.123 as decimal(4,1))=1.1;应该返回1，这里返回0

it's looks like already fixed on newest version
```sql
mysql> select cast(1.123 as decimal(4,1))=1.1;
+-----------------------------------------------------------------+
| (cast(1.123 as DECIMALV3(4, 1)) = cast(1.1 as DECIMALV3(4, 1))) |
+-----------------------------------------------------------------+
| 1 |
+-----------------------------------------------------------------+
1 row in set (0.01 sec)
