   Can confirm, wrote an extremely long dashboard name and I don't see a tooltip :( 
   
   One solution would be to simply push a title prop on the `<a>` ->

   Other way would be to build some sort of `<TextOverflowTooltip />` react component that does all this cleanly, looks for overflow and conditionally shows a tooltip when overflowin'
