   Consumer creates and selects the key-auth plugin to submit a front-end error

   ### Steps to Reproduce
   
   Create a consumer on the spisix interface, then proceed to create a plugin, select key-auth, and enter the key. However, saving results in an error
   
   ### Environment
   
   - APISIX version (run `apisix version`):3.7
   - Operating system (run `uname -a`):
   - OpenResty / Nginx version (run `openresty -V` or `nginx -V`):
   - etcd version, if relevant (run `curl http://127.0.0.1:9090/v1/server_info`):
   - APISIX Dashboard version, if relevant:3.0
   - Plugin runner version, for issues related to plugin runners:
   - LuaRocks version, for installation issues (run `luarocks --version`):

   Please use the latest APISIX, and it includes a built-in dashboard under `:9180/ui`
