FYI: the only differences between trunk and mod_http2 1.0.8 were ap_strcasecmp
vs. strcasecmp and 1.0.9-dev vs 1.0.8.

1.0.8 is known problematic, 1.0.5 mod_h2 is known good.  I wouldn't expect
any change there
