Question regarding cloud-migrate-databases script

Hi folks,

Today I was looking for some ways to improve our database upgrade
procedure. I noticed that there is this “cloud-migrate-databases” in ACs
project. That file does seem to have received any attention since the
project was donated to Apache. I am wondering that it is not used and is a
good candidate to deletion. Has anyone else used it?
