   the above answer is the solution to this problem, a guy made github repo https://github.com/matthid/cordova-plugin-inappbrowser, he made some changes according to this solution
   maybe he add some files like -
   1. VideoEnabledWebChromeClient.java
   2. VideoEnabledWebView.java
