launching trafci and enter version command, we expect info like below:
SQL>version
Trafodion Platform : Release 0.8.0
Trafodion Connectivity Services : Version 1.0.0 Release 0.8.0
Trafodion JDBC Type 4 Driver : Traf_JDBC_Type4_Build_40646)
Trafodion Command Interface : TrafCI_Build_40646

Actual results:
SQL>version
Trafodion Platform              : Release 0.8.4
Trafodion Connectivity Services : Version 1.0.0 Release 0.8.4 (Build release [0.
8.3rc1-90-g35f75e6_Bld43], date 20140802_083000)
Trafodion JDBC Type 4 Driver    : Traf_JDBC_Type4_Build_6cd2a4c
Trafodion Command Interface     : TrafCI_Build_6cd2a4c

For version info, we expect info like "TrafCI_Build_40646" instead of info like"TrafCI_Build_6cd2a4c"
