ShareCoordinator.partitionFor(String) has a string argument. We know that actually the string is derived from SharePartitionKey, and actually that has a tighter definition than just a plain String.

This task is to refactor the method to take a SharePartitionKey argument to remove the opportunity for bugs based on inconsistent string representations.
