Anyway, I had a second look at your question. Are you using JServ?

I personnally use Tomcat but your question rings a bell. Make sure it's a
.jar file instead of directories of .class.
I know it sounds strange (it should work in both cases) but it worked for
someone who sent me a similar question recently.
