An update for a very old thread (I think there might have been a more
recent question but I couldn't find it) ....

Vadim says :

> Downloads from www.apache.org/dist/db/derby/ are also counted. So if your files are in correct mirrored location, they will be reflected in the count. 

Of course, though, these are *page* hit stats, useful for estimating
downloads. The mirrors don't report actual download stats.
