now  [https://servicecomb.apache.org/docs] took so much responsabilities. it holds not just docs for user and developers. but also meetup, news pages.
 
it should only holds docs for user and developers.
 
for other pages, put them into news/, blogs/ and community/
 
for the old pages, do not migrate them into new folder but keep them in where they are.
 
 
and we need add more pages
docs/mesher
docs/kie
docs/service-center 
docs/getstarted: guide about how to install serivcecomb
