EARSC Concept Paper on Open Source for Geospatial Data Exploitation

as I tweeted earlier [1], last week EARSC (European Association of Remote
Sensing Companies) has published a white paper about an Industry-led
Repository of Open Source of Resources for Geospatial Data Exploitation [2]
