Did you have a look at the preferences? Section editing has to be enabled there (Default is off, but you can change this default for you installation - have a look at the default_jspwiki.properties).

Thanks Florian, i did not notice that section editing has to be explicilty enabled since recently.

But even after i did this, it did not work!

The WikiProperty was set correctly (i just wrote a Plugin that lists all WikiProperties).
But i have my own skin. After switching to PlainVanilla everything was OK just like
some days before. And after switching back to my own skin it still is OK :-)
The work and the webapps dir in tomcat were fresh and i did hit the reload
button but did not restart the browser. Looks like a caching problem in the
browser. Anyhow, it's fine for me now.

Works for me (once I turn on section editing in the prefs).  Suggest Invalid, unless no further info.
