FOP 2.8 GitHub

Hello,

I've seen on Apache website that FOP 2.8 is available, I would like to 
access the versioned source code on the GitHub page, unfortunately 
there's no such branch there.
Are you aware of the problem? Is it normal? (maybe it takes a few days)
