[VOTE] New commiter: Juergen Pill

Hi,

I'd like to propose Juergen Pill <Ju...@softwareag.com> as a commiter. 
Juergen has contributed lots of testing and fixes, and is helping me to add  
transaction support to Slide. He's also working on some stores implementation 
to use Slide as a front end for Software AG's Tamino XML database.

Hi,

I'd like to propose Sung-Gu Park <je...@thinkfree.com> as a commiter on
the Slide project. Sung-Gu has already contributed a lot of code to the
project, as well as testing and bug fixes. He plans to continue working on
the administration client and doing code reviews, among other things.
