[SPARK-60288] Upgrade `grpc-swift-2` to 2.4.4
### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This PR aims to upgrade `grpc-swift-2` to 2.4.4.

### Why are the changes needed?
To bring the latest bug fixes. `grpc-swift-2` 2.4.4 raises its minimum `swift-protobuf` version to 1.38.0. This avoids SPM dependency resolution failures when an older `swift-protobuf` (before 1.36.0, which has no package traits) gets resolved. There are no source changes in `GRPCCore`.

No behavior change. Only the dependency version changes.
