The 1.29.0 version needs to be set to "Released" in Jira.

Good catch Jess. I just marked 1.29.0 as released.

Moreover, I noticed that closed JIRAs in 1.29.0 didn't have the usual
comment "Resolved in release X.Y.Z (YYYY-MM-DD)" so I did a bulk change to
update those as well.
