   ## What is the purpose of the change
   Improve information available for debugging on method invocation failure. 
   
   ## Brief change log
   Dump stdout, stderr in a log message on failure to extract optimizer plan environment. 
   
   ## Verifying this change
   
   This change is a trivial rework / code cleanup without any test coverage.
