Did first test on a c3.xlarge ec2 cluster with 4 hosts: 

Total 147 dbs, 8126 tables;

With JDBC client tests:
1) If turn OFF threads for HMS and HDFS SyncUp, restart HMS, take 5 mins also for HMS and HDFS syncUp initialization.
2) If turn ON threads for HMS and HDFS syncUp, don't see any time delay. Client can immediately establish JDBC connection then grant permissions/Acls.

However, Beeline tests seem to stuck. Observed there are many initialization requests from navigator audit.
