[DISCUSS] Some questions about the release version

Hello everyone,
We are preparing to release the first version of ozhera. The basic preparations required for the release have been completed:
-License and Notice files have been added to the project;
-The file header declaration of the project has been updated;
-The project can be compiled normally;
-And the verification of the automated deployment process and local startup has been completed;


Before officially launching the version release vote, we also need to complete the upload of the gpg public key and source code package on the apache svn repository. When we were about to upload these materials, we found that there was no relevant directory of the ozhera project on the apache svn repository. We do not have the authority to create a new project in the svn repository, so here I would like to ask the instructor to help complete the creation of the svn project; In addition, I have a question. I learned from the document that releasing binary packages is an option. Can we only release the source code package for this release? Do we need to release binary packages?

I still have a question. I noticed that the candidate versions of other projects before the release are all released in the dev branch: https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/${projectName}/
I see that we don’t have a dev branch yet. Can you help create a dev branch at the same time? Thanks again for your help.

I've created the KEYS file at

https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/ozhera/KEYS

PPMC members who want to be a release manager can add your gpg keys to
this file.
I think all PPMC members should have the permission to do this. Report
back if there are any permission issues.

I noticed that Ozhera has not been allocated the corresponding space in the
SVN development branch.
it should like https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/ozhera
Could you assist with this?
Alternatively, how should other PPMC members proceed with this?
