.NET Client Build broken (again)

It appears the dotnet client build is broken in the trunk right now, failing
with the following errors:
error CS1504: Source file
'E:\Opensource\qpid\dotnet\Qpid.Common\generated\ExchangeBoundBody.cs' could
not be opened ('The system cannot find the file specified. ')
error CS1504: Source file
'E:\Opensource\qpid\dotnet\Qpid.Common\generated\ExchangeBoundOkBody.cs'
could not be opened ('The system cannot find the file specified. ')

E:\Opensource\qpid\dotnet\Qpid.Client\Client\AmqChannel.cs(764,37): error
CS1501: No overload for method 'CreateAMQFrame' takes '9' arguments

error CS1504: Source file
'E:\Opensource\qpid\dotnet\Qpid.Client.Tests\HeadersExchange\HeadersMatching
Producer.cs' could not be opened ('The system cannot find the file
specified. ')

Looks mostly like a couple of files are missing from the svn repository. Any
ideas?
