These are different in that they have a single mailing list (or in the case of EA, a single alias) and not a set like other PMCs.  Please review the changes I made to the Committee.mail_list method in the following file:

https://svn.apache.org/repos/infra/infrastructure/trunk/projects/whimsy/lib/whimsy/asf/mail.rb

The basic idea is that an '@' sign signifies a single address.  Thoughts?
