    Add Nicholas Chammas as new committer (#709)
    
    Adding myself to the committers page.
    
    For a future effort: I wonder if we should refactor this page somehow.
    The authoritative listing of committers is tracked by the ASF on the
    [Spark Committee page][1]. Maybe we should pull from there dynamically?
    Or just link to that page? The organizations are also stale for several
    committers, even though having them is nice because it shows the
    diversity of companies invested in Spark.
