[GitHub] mesos pull request: Deb packaging

    Deb packaging

    This adds https://github.com/mesosphere/mesos-deb-packaging into Mesos so we can build it with our current Debian package build process [described on the Vault](https://vault.shopify.com/ops/Adding-Packages-to-the-Apt-Repository-with-apt-builder).

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/Shopify/mesos deb-packaging

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/mesos/pull/17.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
