   ### Motivation
   
   RabbitMQ provides the RPC tutorial and example, but Pulsar doesn't. Also, there is no examples written in Python.

   ### Modifications
   
   No mod., just added the example.

   Made Pythonista friendly. ;-)
   I want add more examples in Python if you want!
