[VOTE] New committer : Dirk Verbeeck

Hi,

I'd like to nominate Dirk Verbeeck (dirk.verbeeck at the-ecorp.com) as a
committer on the Slide project. Dirk has contributed lots of fixes, as well
as finished the implementation of WebDAV Access Control Protocol in the
WebDAV client, which is a big step towards improving Slide's useability. He
plans to keep on helping improve Slide in the future.

He has my +1.
