No. But BigEvil does contain the domains that are in the first, but much
more. I believe the first is generated from Bills private list alone. Where
bigevil is now generated from ws.surbl.org, which is generated from a bunch
of contributors, which generate their list with synaps firing in their
cerebelum, which is fueld by mass quantities of caffiene, which comes from
beans picked in columbia.....
