Apache 1.3.22 installation problem on SunOS 5.7

While trying to install Apache 1.3.22 on a SunOs 5.7 machine I get this
error after starting the 'make' stage :

While searching all around the net, I found a few instances of this problem,
but no answer, can anyone help
