How do you configure an error handler to be either a
OnceOnlyErrorHandler or FallbackErrorHandler

is it inferred from the presence of the appender-ref attribute?

thanks

answered my own question. misread the dtd, the class is specified as an
attribute all other params are elements nested within the error handler.
