User to see only active sessions

Hello,

I am wondering if it is possible to give a user the right to see all active
sessions but NOT see History, Users, Connections.

The reason is that this user needs to know if someone if connected to one or
more systems to inform them, that he maybe have to reboot the system and the
other users have to stop their work.

Our "Roadmap" is driven by issues in JIRA:

So, if it exists there, then it is, to some extent, on the roadmap.  You're
welcome to look through the issues there and see if it has been created and
what the status is on it.  I don't know of any active development going on
on this front right now.

Currently, no.  It's been asked quite a bit, but is not currently possible given the way permissions currently work.
