Shazron,

you are right in the case of issue CB-1372, but in my case the problem still occurs after I canceled the viewport statement "height=device-height".

I updated the test file index.html. Please turn the device or simulator into landscape orientation, start the app, open and close the ChildBrowser and you will see, that the views width remains still in portraits width.
