[PR] [Improve] Supplement schema admin api. [pulsar-client-go]

   To keep consistent with the Java client.

   - CreateSchemaBySchemaInfo
   - GetVersionBySchemaInfo
   - GetVersionByPayload
   - TestCompatibilityWithSchemaInfo
   - TestCompatibilityWithPostSchemaPayload
   
   ### Verifying this change

   This change added tests and can be verified as follows:
