   1) Pacemaker calls ConfigUtils.overrideLoginConfigWithSystemProperty(ConfigUtils.readStormConfig()), basically duplicating the code.  Can you fix this?
   
   2) Worker calls ConfigUtils.overrideLoginConfigWithSystemProperty(ConfigUtils.readSupervisorStormConf(conf, topologyId)).  Seems like we should add this to readSupervisorStormConf() as well?
