I've reproduced the bug in a unit test, fixed it, and tested again with your test case which now works properly.

And finally, in the report in the hibernate section, there are 3 tables(all same version), one "required by" hibernate-annotations, one with spring, and one with hibernate-annotations, spring, and our module. I've included a text copy at the bottom
