This is likely caused by using Java 6: "
Detected Java version: 1.6 in: /usr/local/asfpackages/java/jdk1.6.0_45-64/jre
It probably wants to use TSL/SSL version which is not enabled any more on that WebBrowser, we will likely need to require a newer Java for building to fix this. As we use Java 8 in POI we might be able to update to that anyway.
