[I] Remove R flags and related libraries from Dockerfiles of `computing-unit-master.dockerfile` and `computing-unit-worker.dockerfile` [texera]

Because R related libararies are belong to Category X according to Apache. We should remove them from dockerfiles, so that the docker images will not contain binaries and libraries that belongs to Category X
