JIRA Assigning - Validation: @ConcurrencyManagement mistakenly used on non-Singl

Hi David

Can you assign me to the JIRA 'Validation: @ConcurrencyManagement mistakenly used on non-Singleton' Subtask-
48. In the meantime, I was working and learning a lot:-). If I understood the procedure, then I should upload source 
code to this JIRA for reviewing.

Let me know, if another
