Error handling in rasterizer

When there is an error in one of the SVG files, the rasterizer
only prints "error writing file" without some explanation
what is wrong. Can you please add a flag like -DIAG or something
that prints the whole exception ?

Aaron,

Thanks for reporting this. Sounds like a good proposal and it is now
bug #565 in Bugzilla (we do not have 565 bug reports though, I am not
sure how the number is created :-).
If you have a patch for the feature you propose, it would be great.
