Apache soap error against axis service

This is my first time wacking into apache soap. I have a Axis Client that
works fine against my service but when i write a apache soap client I get
the following error: I was wondering if someone knew what im missing in the
apache soap client. Thanks in advance for the help.

Generated fault: (ns1:Server.NoService): The AXIS engine could not find a
target service to invoke!  targetService is null
