problems with i generate wsdl axis2 1.2

i create a wsdl file with axis2 1.2, but if i try to validate this file..and
i had this problem:

invalid XML schema "ITGExceptionFault" is alredy declarated in schema
document

is there problems with java2wsdl in this version???
